By complying with the requirement provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter GDPR) ) I inform that:

• The personal data obtained will not be disclosed to recipients other than those indicated above, unless it is based on generally applicable law or it proves necessary or necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA and will not be processed in an automated manner within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR, including through profiling.
   

• The personal data obtained will be processed to the extent necessary to do so, in particular until all rights and obligations have been fulfilled and any claims arising from or related to the personal data being processed (e.g. tax, civil law / criminal law) expire.
   

• Provision of personal data to the Administrator is in principle voluntary, but necessary to use the services of the Administrator or to achieve another purpose intended by one of the parties.
   

• In accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you can request the Administrator - by submitting your application to the address biuro@villaplena.pl - to provide your personal data, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, transfer, and, moreover, you have the right to object to the processing and the right to withdraw the consent given for processing.
   

• In addition - in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR - you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body in the event that the processing of personal data is unlawful.
